Building a "Browerful" Habit

Well, I'm not sure YOU can see much of a difference in my eyebrows as you scroll through the photos, but I can!
During the month of February, I applied Rodan + Fields Brow Defining Boost (in the shade of Light) every morning. No really - I did it EVERY morning! Which kinda even surprises myself. My goal was to get back in the habit of using the BDB after getting a little lazy over the holiday season.
This habit was an easy addition to my regular morning routine - after I completed all the other things (putting contacts in, brushing my teeth, taking my vitamins, applying deodorant . . . ) I applied the Brow Defining Boost. I did it no matter what I was planning to do that day, with or without adding any additional makeup (as you can tell!).

Besides it being a quick and easy step to add to my existing checklist (does anyone else have a checklist in their head of the tasks you need to do to get ready for the day or for bed?), I made it super easy for me to SEE my progress by taping my "February Fabulous Formula" printable to the inside of my medicine cabinet door, and then leaving a fun red pen in my toothbrush holder so I could color in the hearts every time I applied the BDB! #FunwithMarkers.
So now I'm ready to tackle March! I've got a couple of goals in mind:
Target some discoloration and even my skin tone and texture using Rodan + Fields REVERSE BRIGHTENING regimen.
Get OUTSIDE once a day - even if it's just for a few minutes!
Spend time each day working on 1 special project
